LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

AirFX USA, LLC warranties all of the products we produce to be free from defects in workmanship, and materials for the lifetime of ownership. There is a two year warranty for all mechanical components and 90 day warranty for all electrical components. Warranty does not cover improper use or installation, only a manufacturer's defect is covered. The AirFX Warranty is non-transferable.

AirFX motorcycle air suspension products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the warranty period from the date of purchase. Within this period, AirFX, at its sole option, will repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacements will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation and installation costs. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) normal wear and tear, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by improper installation; or (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of AirFX USA, LLC.

To ensure that your kit performs up to our expectations we have tested each part for its specifically designed use, and it is tested to work with other AirFX brand parts.

Our parts are tested, inspected, and designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications. It is the customer, bike owner, or end user’s responsibility to install parts following all recommended make, model, and year fitment requirements. It is the customer, bike owner, or end user’s responsibility to inspect all parts for each kit prior to installation, and throughout the lifetime of the products, to insure they meet all local, state, DOT, and federal laws. It is the customer, bike owner, or end user's responsibility to use all parts safely, and as intended based on the application.

This guarantee of warranty is for parts only, and does not include -or imply- reimbursement for service, labor, towing, and/or any other circumstance outside of the expressed warranty of the product and/or parts. AirFX USA, LLC makes no other warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind whatsoever. All warranties whether expressed, implied, or arising by operation of the law, trade usage, or course of dealing, are hereby disclaimed.

The Warranties and remedies contained herein are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties express, implied, or statutory, including any liability arising under any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, statutory or otherwise. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary by jurisdiction. In no event shall AirFX be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages, whether resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use this product or from defects in the product. AirFX retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new replacement product) the product or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. Such remedy shall be your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

To obtain warranty replacement, contact the vendor you purchased your AirFX product from. If purchased directly from AirFX USA, LLC. please call AirFX Technical Support at 812-814-9978 during normal business hours for shipping instructions and an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) tracking number. Securely pack the product and a copy of the original sales receipt, which is required as the proof of purchase for warranty repairs. Write the RGA tracking number clearly on the outside of the package. Send the product, freight charges prepaid, to AirFX USA, LLC. at 1484 E. County Road 600N Brazil, IN  47834.

Returns for refund may be considered.  Return must be in unused condition and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee an require a RGA number as described above.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you visit this website, you are communicating with AirFX USA, LLC electronically, and you consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate via e–mail, or by posting notices on this website. You agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Products purchased through online part stores are eligible for that vendor’s warranty coverage only and you must deal with that vendor for any and all warranty or return issues. AirFX requires an original or copy of the AirFX sales receipt. In most cases your vendor will work with AirFX to obtain an RGA number and arrange for shipping of your part to AirFX. AirFX will not replace missing components from any package purchased through an online or auction site other than directly from AirFX. Please note that not all online retailers honor AirFX warranty.

If you purchase any item from this website that is not as described on this website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to return such item in an unused condition for a refund of the purchase price.

AirFX USA, LLC will not be liable to you or anyone else for any direct or indirect damages of any nature or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access, this website, from your reliance on the information provided on or through this website, or from your failure to follow these Terms of Use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage. Information and material on this website, including product images, colors, and advice received or otherwise, is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on this website is at your sole risk. In the event we determine the information on this site is in error or otherwise inaccurate, we may take any action we deem reasonable or necessary, in our sole discretion, to rectify the error or inaccuracy, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged, including but not limited to canceling your order. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AirFX USA, LLC will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Please check with your card issuer for timing of receipt of your refund. You will receive the same warranty if you purchase an item on our Web site as you would if you purchased the item in one of our stores.

Certain states may not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above my not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
